Screening Lipolytic from Soil Bacterial Contaminated Oil

چکیده
Lipase (triasilglycerol acylhydrolase, E.C, 3.1.1.3) is an enzyme can hydrolyze long chains of triglycerides[1]. a water-soluble and naturally lipase catalyze the hydrolysis ester bonds in water insoluble lipid substrate long-chain acylglycerol synthesis, diacylglycerol, monoacylglycerol, glycerol[2]. Hydrolase be used potentialy produced fatty acid which precursors chemical industry[3]. The research aims to study lipolytic activity bacteria isolated from soil contaminated with oil. Screening was performed Rhodamin-B agar plate containing olive determined by spectrofotometry method toward p-nitrofenil palmitat as substrate. result this showed that there are 15 150 isolates oil confirmed observing zone formed around growth colony on Rhodamin B One identified higher 7,41 U/ml

Biological Activity of Autochthonic Bacterial Community in Oil-Contaminated Soil
Soil microbial communities play an important role in the biodegradation of different petroleum derivates, including hydrocarbons. Also other biological factors such as enzyme and respiration activities and microbial abundance are sensitive to contamination with petroleum derivates. The aim of this study was to evaluate the response of autochthonic microbial community and biological parameters (...
متن کاملScreening of Microorganisms Isolated from Petroleum Oil Contaminated Soil for Vegetable Oil Conversion to Bio-diesel
Decreasing fossil fuel stocks has prompted research and development to find alternatives, particularly from renewable energy resources. Lower alcohol, fatty ester called as Bio-Diesel production using vegetable oils with the help of biological catalysts (Lipases) is being considered as one such good alternative. Soil samples in and around petroleum stock processing plant wereused to isolate fun...
متن کاملIsolation and screening of biosurfactant producing microorganisms from oil contaminated soil
Isolation and screening of microorganisms from oil contaminated soil samples with biosurfactant producing ability was investigated. The biosurfactant producing ability of the microorganisms isolated from the soil samples was investigated by hemolytic assay, drop collapse test, emulsification index and methylene blue agar plate method. The best isolate was identified as Pseudomonas aeruginosa ba...
متن کاملScreening of diesel oil degrading bacteria from petroleum hydrocarbon contaminated soil
Four bacterial strains were isolated from diesel contaminated soil in TVS oil depot, Trichy, Tamil Nadu. From the soil sample four morphologically different bacterial species were isolated and the active strains were Pseudomonas aeruginosa, P. putida, Arthobacter sp and Bacillus sp. The diesel degrading efficiency of isolated organisms was tested in BH medium supplemented with diesel and DCPIP ...
متن کاملWilliamsia serinedens sp. nov., isolated from an oil-contaminated soil.
The taxonomic status of a bacterium designated strain IMMIB SR-4(T) isolated from an oil-contaminated soil sample was characterized by using a polyphasic approach. Chemotaxonomic investigations revealed the presence of cell-wall chemotype IV, short-chain mycolic acids that co-migrated with those extracted from members of the genus Williamsia and that on pyrolysis GC produce C(16 : 0) and C(18 :...
